Senior Care Realty is expanding into additional U.S. markets through its Affiliate Program to help meet client demand. The Affiliate Program represents an opportunity for real estate professionals in certain markets to align with a firm dedicated exclusively to senior care transactions. "Our existing platform helps a broker expand into this niche market and gives them the ability to acquire listings with sellers that they might miss without us or our platform," says Daren Dudgeon, Vice President of Sales. What Senior Care Realty offers, he explains, is a track record and a proven system of obtaining listings and getting them sold confidentially.
Recently, Senior Care Realty established such an affiliation with Kerri Ciesielski, a licensed real estate agent in Arizona (please see accompanying article introducing Kerri as an Independent Affiliate). While some brokers may work in senior housing now and then, few, if any, have deep and specialized expertise. "We've found that people are quite receptive to what we bring to the table," says Mike Collins, president and founder of Senior Care Realty. What the brokerage provides is the ability to help owners sell a property in a more confidential manner than with a typical broker, and to network with buyers and prospects that the company has cultivated over time.
For affiliates, it's a win-win situation. Each affiliate remains in close contact with Senior Care Realty's home office throughout every deal.
