Senior Care Realty: New Name for Established Firm

(SUN PRAIRIE, WI) Collins Realty Group, a company formed in 1999 to specialize in helping operators and investors sell and buy senior care real estate, has changed its name to Senior Care Realty, LLC.

Michael S. Collins, CPA, heads the firm, and says the new name actually originated many years ago. “Senior Care Realty is descriptive of our focus and it reflects our history,” he explains. “We began in business nearly 20 years ago as a provider, operating Senior Care Assisted Living facilities. Senior Care Realty returns us to our roots and reinforces the unique perspective that we bring to our clients,” Collins says. That perspective includes real-world experience in developing, operating and confidentially selling senior care real estate.

While Collins established his business in Wisconsin and gained further recognition through service on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association, the new name is helping the company expand as Collins and his team work with clients throughout the country. Since the brokerage began in 1999, the firm has closed nearly 80 transactions totalling more than $100 million in value.
