Introducing Cooperating Broker Listings
August 1, 2009

Cooperation is always a good thing. In real estate it is a powerful engine that closes transactions. And that’s just what our cooperating broker listings are all about.

We have used broker cooperation in many transactions. A good example of this happened a few months ago when a local commercial firm contacted us about listing a senior care facility. They had initially received the listing because the property owner had a personal relationship with someone at the real estate firm. Unfortunately, the brokerage did not understand the finances of an assisted living facility, nor how to sell it confidentially. But they knew what to do. They called Senior Care Realty and asked if we had buyers for the property. We contacted the investors and buyers we work with in a confidential and ongoing basis and put together a deal quickly and quietly.

If you are a real estate broker and you would like to benefit from our proven platform in the senior care sector, we have the unique ability to help sell your listings and acquire new ones. Think of Senior Care Realty as a resource for the resourceful broker. For more information, contact Mike Collins: mike@seniorcarerealty.com.
