We work with other brokers all the time. In most cases when we’re the exclusive listing agent, we can also offer commission splits to licensed agents (click here to learn about our policy). But, when we’re helping another agent market their listing, we can’t offer the same type of arrangement.
No commission split is available to other agents on this property and we’re marketing it to principals only.
If you have a buyer that you think may be interested, feel free to share it with them and ask them to compensate you for the referral. Buyers sometimes prefer to work with a certain agent and that agent’s fee is sometimes included in the closing costs covered by the seller. In other words, we can’t offer a commission split but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a way for you to get paid.
When your buyer completes our online confidentiality agreement after you share our email with them, just ask them to note your name on the form that asks if someone referred them. Thanks.
