Eliane M. Said

Eliane M. Said is a Commercial Real Estate Senior Advisor with Senior Care Realty and eXp Commercial, and serves as Senior Care Realty's Eastern Region Lead. She joined the firm in March 2026, bringing more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the team. Eliane expanded her practice into the senior care real estate sector to serve buyers and sellers of assisted living, skilled nursing, and independent living communities throughout the Northeast and broader East Coast markets.

Prior to joining Senior Care Realty, Eliane built a comprehensive commercial real estate practice executing transactions across multifamily, industrial, retail, and investment sales throughout the Long Island and NYC Metro markets. Her practice is defined by direct, senior-level involvement across every phase of a transaction, from strategic positioning through negotiation and closing, ensuring clients receive experienced guidance and personalized service every step of the way.

As Senior Care Realty's Eastern Region Lead, Eliane is responsible for expanding the firm's presence throughout the Northeast and East Coast while helping operators, owners, and investors navigate complex senior housing and healthcare real estate transactions.

Eliane is fluent in English, Portuguese, and German, and brings an international business background that provides a distinct advantage when serving the diverse investor and operator community across the Northeast corridor. She is licensed in New York and based on Long Island.
